Dated interiors, exterior gutters are broken, deck is splintering, Inside the large spacious unit there is mold in all the bathrooms, the wallpaper is peeling, there is water damage and the air quality is poor. The tile floors are cracked, the ping pong table is warped, the rugs are worn and the front door appears to have been forced open at some point. Pool liner is pulling away and there is cement material crumbling and falling into the pool. Water smells fishy and does not appear to be treated correctly with chemicals. Mold around the pool and hot tub. The management is rude. The board chairman excused the behavior of management because of rowdy guests from the week before. Will never return. We've been owners in this condo association since the 80s and never have been treated with such horrid customer service. We have always left the place better than we found it, cleaning the unit far beyond requirements before leaving. So sad that a family tradition will end.
Location and unit size.
Management and customer service were the worst ever experienced. Facilities are dated and deteriorating, mold and air quality are awful. Every bathroom had mold, unprepared ceiling damage, crumbling cement in pool. Overall, a terrible experience.
